Ultrasonic-Weldings

Ultrasonic welding is the process of joining plastics like ABS, PP, PVC, HIPS etc. Welding will take place only if two similar plastics are welded. Due to ultrasonic waves, the horn gets heated up and fuses the materials and forms the weld joint. Ultrasonic waves are sent to the horn through crystals in the connector and transmitted to booster. Non woven cloth is also welded to different plastic materials due to the plastic content in non woven cloth
